We have done all our homework....intereviewed 13 architects, 9 contractor/builders, and a multitude of banks. Now the fun begins!
Our home of 7.5 years is wonderful and we love our dirt...one acre of it, to be exct. Wes and I have decided to stay here long term and renovate to our liking. We are dividing our 2-story family room into a Great Room on the main and work/craft room / guest room above it. We are also on a crawl space, therefore having no basement. We are enclosing our garage and converting it into a kid's casual Family Room. As a result, we are adding a new 2-car garage in front of the existing one. While we are at it, the bathrooms will get upgraded.
